Bracket Alignment: The side panel bracket holes are precision-drilled, but occasionally a misdrilled panel can slip through quality control. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to modify the bracket to fit. Non-Spraying Nozzle: If a nozzle fails to spray out of the box, it is usually caused by a defective check valve strainer inside the nozzle body that isn't opening under pressure. We stand behind our products and would be happy to send you a replacement check valve strainer or any replacement bracket parts, so you have fully functional spares on hand. When an aftermarket remote switch or secondary harness is added to the system, it often alters how power completes the circuit to the pump. If the remote bypasses the standard wiring harness, the standard inline switch will not function as expected unless the remote allows power to pass through. Regarding the Tank Leak: A leak near the frame mounting screw is definitely something we want to address immediately. Please verify if the screw was over-tightened into the molded tank insert. We want to make this right and get your sprayer operating reliably. Tank cracks near the mounting points can sometimes occur if the bottom bolts are overtightened during setup or if the unit is subjected to extremely rough terrain.
