The Fimco 40 gal. 3-Point 4-Nozzle Hitch Sprayer is an agriculture sprayer that includes a chemical-resistant hose and provides up to 30 ft. of spraying diameter. With a hose that conveniently wraps around the 3-point hitch sprayer for easy storage, taking your equipment on-the-go- has never been easier. This hitch sprayer has a 4-nozzle spray pattern that delivers 120 in. of total coverage.

great sprayer

Perfectly good little sprayer! Now they tell you its not quick hitch compatible, but it does work, just put a big bolt for the top link to catch. The power cord is a little short, but i just put a battery on my floorboard, problem solved. Do NOT use the bolts on the bottom of the tank, you will crack the tank at the holes if you use it on rough terrain. I used some thick vinyl under the tank, then used the straps to hold it down. Did a really rough 5 acre field with it, zero problems. Dont hesitate to buy this little sprayer for your homestead!

Quality Control ???

I am shopping for a sprayer and seeing the reviews on this unit, which would fit my application perfect, I am very disappointed in the Manufacturer.
So much consistency in the quality of the sprayer. Has anyone in quality control looked into these issues to attempt and make it a great unit?
The bolts in the bottom of the tank creating leaks is so consistent that customers don’t even use them. It’s engineered to need them so correct the issue.
The wire harness has to be added to for it to reach the power supply. Was it setup for a lawn mower with a 3 point hitch when engineered?
Why not address the common issues to make this unit better? It’s affordable; but who wants to waste their money on cheap quality?

Good unit.

This unit comes with a 2.2 gpm pump, it works really good, however if you want to run larger spray nozzles on it the pump isn’t large enough. It has plenty of pressure to 0.02gpm nozzles, if you are trying to run 0.04gpm the best pressure you can get is about 25psi. I found a fimco high pressure 4.4gpm pump online and put it on this unit and it runs the 0.04gpm nozzles with no issues. I bought it so I could use it behind my tractor and also to put in the back of my side by side, other than being awkward one person can pick it up by themselves. Hope this helps someone.

Thank you for your purchase of the 40-gallon 3PT sprayer from Tractor Supply. That sprayer should have a 2.4 GPM sprayer, which should have been able to handle the size .04, since there's only 4 nozzles on that boom. Am guessing that you replaced the pump with a 4.5 GPM pump, which should also handle the 4 nozzles with no issues. We hope that you'll be happy with your new sprayer and it handles all of your spraying needs.

Best sprayer on the market, quality, price, use.

Extremely well built sprayer. Solid frame, metal inserts in tank to hold bolt. Sprayer is brass, easy to use and sprays out nice patterns and reach. All,of the valves are on top and easy to use. Hold down straps are tightly secured to the frame. Boom is all metal square tube and solid. Nozzles spray and coverage is excellent. Very easy to load on three point hitch. This should be go to sprayer for those that have a Deere compact tractor. 40 gallon capacity, pump delivers strong smooth spray. Another feature is that if you need to replace a part in 5 years, even a pump motor, they are stocked at tractor supply! Currently $99 for an entire pump motor and its plug and play. Unit is priced well. When you compare this to ANY tow behind sprayer, especially Deere, there is no comparison in quality, functionality and price. This Fimco is far superior.

Works great. Just make sure everything is tight. If you have a Kubota tractor, with the battery in front you will need to buy extra wire and splice an extension so it reaches to your battery. Other than that it works perfectly!

Cheap Product, Big Time Consumer

Make sure that you allow extra time before, during and after spaying to work on, order parts, and fix something broken. How this gets good reviews is beyond me. Something breaks every time I go to use it(about 6 times a year). I keep it inside my shop so that's not a reason. I have had to replace all hoses, spray nozzles, plastic "bowl" at bottom, boom. Oh, and good luck finding replacement spray nozzles. It was difficult to get from the company.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Kyle, sorry you're having that issue, not sure what is happening as to why you've replaced parts. Also, reference to a plastic bowl at bottom, there isn't any bowl on this sprayer. As for nozzles, also not sure why you're having trouble locating, as not only does Tractor Supply have the nozzle tips, but we also have them.
