The Fimco 40 gal. 3-Point 4-Nozzle Hitch Sprayer is an agriculture sprayer that includes a chemical-resistant hose and provides up to 30 ft. of spraying diameter. With a hose that conveniently wraps around the 3-point hitch sprayer for easy storage, taking your equipment on-the-go- has never been easier. This hitch sprayer has a 4-nozzle spray pattern that delivers 120 in. of total coverage.

Perfectly good little sprayer! Now they tell you its not quick hitch compatible, but it does work, just put a big bolt for the top link to catch. The power cord is a little short, but i just put a battery on my floorboard, problem solved. Do NOT use the bolts on the bottom of the tank, you will crack the tank at the holes if you use it on rough terrain. I used some thick vinyl under the tank, then used the straps to hold it down. Did a really rough 5 acre field with it, zero problems. Dont hesitate to buy this little sprayer for your homestead!

Quality Control ???

I am shopping for a sprayer and seeing the reviews on this unit, which would fit my application perfect, I am very disappointed in the Manufacturer.
So much consistency in the quality of the sprayer. Has anyone in quality control looked into these issues to attempt and make it a great unit?
The bolts in the bottom of the tank creating leaks is so consistent that customers don’t even use them. It’s engineered to need them so correct the issue.
The wire harness has to be added to for it to reach the power supply. Was it setup for a lawn mower with a 3 point hitch when engineered?
Why not address the common issues to make this unit better? It’s affordable; but who wants to waste their money on cheap quality?

I got this spray rig Wednesday 08/05/26…. I assembled and tested it… no leaks in the shop overnight.
Today, first use, 08/09/26 I fill it to 40 gallons with chemical. I go 2.5 mph at 30psi applying said chemical…. I have 15 or so gallons left when I park and see chemical steadily dripping from the underside of the tank…. FIRST USE…. 15+ gallons of chemical wasted…
I was thinking it would be worth the $600+ for the unit but now I am out that PLUS chemical….
No, I do not recommend this product.

Works well but did not assemble as easy as the instructions explain to be. Had to modify holes in the metal bracket due to sprayer not lining up correctly. 1 nozzle would not spray at all had to replace it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bracket Alignment: The side panel bracket holes are precision-drilled, but occasionally a misdrilled panel can slip through quality control. Non-Spraying Nozzle: If a nozzle fails to spray out of the box, it is usually caused by a defective check valve strainer inside the nozzle body that isn't opening under pressure. FRUSTRATED IN GA

Took the sprayer out for the first time yesterday, filled it up with product to begin weed control on my property. The unit would not come on, I have a good battery and a remote control hooked up to tank, there is power to the remote because the light comes on when attached to battery, but no pressure to start the pump. I did fill with water at home and used the sprayer at home first, all went well. I went back home , checked all fuses and all good. I then got out the remote control and turned it on, everything started working properly. I do not understand why the tank would not work without the remote by just turning on and off with the switch that comes with harness. While working on this issue back home I also discovered a small leak coming from the bottom of the tank right where it’s attached by a screw to the frame. This is all very frustrating as this unit was not cheap and should not be giving this kinda issues when new.

If the remote bypasses the standard wiring harness, the standard inline switch will not function as expected unless the remote allows power to pass through. Regarding the Tank Leak: A leak near the frame mounting screw is definitely something we want to address immediately. Please verify if the screw was over-tightened into the molded tank insert. We want to make this right and get your sprayer operating reliably. Faulty product

Tank sits on screws. After using for a week or two, cracks developed and started leaking. Not only that, battery stopped working. Faulty product, don't buy it.
