My girls love this feeder. It's the best thing since scrambled eggs. It hold almost 50lbs. of feed, so the girls have 24/7 access. It comes completely assembled, you can purchase a cone that goes over the top to prevent the girls from loitering on the feeder. It's great....

"No waste design? Challenge accepted." -My birds

I had high hopes. I could fit an entire bag in there and feel better, knowing that when we took trips, they'd have feed. My birds definitely know how to get around the "no waste design." Now they just have 50lbs. of feed to throw out instead of 5. I wanted this to work, so badly. Alas, it did not work out for me. The concept seems like it should work, but it doesn't, for me at least.

It's new but, I can't imagine that anything would go wrong with it. It's basically one piece. So, nothing to break or malfunction. Seems sturdy. Seems well crafted. I'll know more in a few years. The chickens figured out very quickly that there was feed inside! I'm pleased. The only modification I would make would be to add a way to close the feeding ports at night. But, they should be easy to block.
