Nice product.Order came to store earlier than expected.Had to call and get the manufacturer to send missing piece not installed on it.They were very nice about it and it came quickly.Directions were very detailed and I figured out how to put together and install myself.Remote is very handy and I figured out how to program it with the directions.All needed batteries were included.Had to buy one fitting to fit our existing propane line.We are enjoying the beauty and extra warmth in our family room.

This fireplace is nothing like it’s described on the manufactures website and even worse is their phone number is a joke. When you call to reach customer service, you get a recording telling you that you’ve reached “Duluth forge” then hangs up. The only way to reach their horrible customer service is through email, even then they don’t respond. This fireplace, by their own description is supposed to have a fan, but it doesn’t. The built in thermostat is a joke and also doesn’t work. My advice, don’t buy anything from Duluth Forge if you want it too work like you expect
