    TSC let someone else pickup my items

    15 days ago
    Ordered for pick up and someone else picked up my item. Despite being required to show ID and barcode. Each time I called I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Customer service never returned my message. Thankfully PayPal refunded me. PayPal gets a 5/5. TSC gets a 0/5
