Great quality but never quantity

I love these mens blue mountain denim shorts. Every time they go on sale I try to get another pair to go with the one I already. I wear a 36” waist. Here’s the only problem, the local stores never have them. And what’s worse is they don’t let you order and have them shipped to the store. So here’s the question: how do you put something on sale but the customers can’t buy them?
