Instructions are unclear, incomplete, and in some cases just wrong. Packaging was insufficient and the box was very beat up when it arrived. Almost every single piece has scratches that penetrate the paint. I expect it will rust very soon. Assembly took over 4 hours, with several reworks required when you realize the instructions are wrong. All of the large metal surfaces had a plastic film adhered to them, which was not mentioned in the instructions anywhere. I still don't know if it is just to protect during shipping and is supposed to be removed, or if it's structural and is supposed to help protect from water/rust. Almost every edge of the metal pieces is sharp with lots of burrs. I have several cuts and metal splinters on my hands as a result and will need a tetanus booster. Several pieces were incorrectly bent or sized and required some hammering to readjust to finish assembling. The overall size and shape are what I want, but the color is WAY different than I expected. It has a lot of green in it, and I was expecting more of a white/off-white color. The mesh liner does not stay put very well and is difficult to work with. I ended up adding tape to the top edge to hold it in place. The bottom shelf literally just sits on top of the cross members, which also aren't really attached. When you move the planter with nothing on the bottom shelf, the shelf bounces around and makes a terrible racket that reverberates through the entire frame. I will have to add zip ties and foam stickers to hold the bottom shelf in place and keep it from making so much noise. Overall, this was a terrible experience receiving, unboxing, and assembling the product, and I fear it will not last due to the damaged paint. I do not recommend.

This planter is beautiful, I bought two of the 4x2 size. like that it has wheels so I can move it around for sun or shade as needed. Also, I love in a rental currently so I can move these with me when we eventually move. I gave 4 stars because one of the planters I received had a few skid marks to the paint, and also was missing nuts and bolts. I had to go find more of the same size, after wasting money on the wrong kind bought online. It’s an unnecessary hassle. If anything, the company should be sure to send EXTRA bolts and nuts. I did not request replacement pieces or seek a return because I didn’t want to deal with the stress. Overall, these are nice planters for a good deal. Hopefully they stand the test of time and don’t rust. I think they’re a nice addition to my backyard, pleasing to the eye.
