The Veikous raised garden bed arrived within a short time of ordering it. We put it together in an afternoon. It went together as instructed. Only had to disassemble one leg and reattach it. We loosely put it together as we went to make sure everything lined up correctly. Then tightened the screws once we were sure it was all correct. It is a pretty solid unit and glad we got it with the wheels.

I have been shopping for two of this style of raised garden planter with wheels and lower shelf for weeks on end. Tractor Supply finally had it on sale $30.00 cheaper than any other supplier's advertised price. With free shipping to the local store. I had thought it was made from cedar. But it appears to be inexpensive white pine? Knowing full well that all of the pieces would need to be treated with a wood preservative to obtain any long-term life expectancy. I want to grow vegetables in the box. This left me with only two options to preserve the wood. Tung oil, or boiled linseed oil. I used linseed oil. Which really left the wood with a very nice natural stain color. One of the planter boxes was missing a support piece for underneath the box. I can make a piece to improvise. I also reinforced the underneath side of the planter box with wood I had laying around. In hopes of gaining more service life out of it. Plus, I used good wood glue on all the wood screws putting the box together. As online reviews said the wood screws need regular tightening and attention.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size! Took my handy husband alot longer to put together than expected though and he had to adjust some things to make it work. Overall I was pleased with the quality for the price though.

Super simple to put together. Also, is light (not heavy). I did have to figure out the spacing between boards for the bottom shelf. Other than that, really nice product!
