Received the product but it was defective. I complained to Great Circle about it & they gave instructions to self repair the machine. I am an elderly person with little fine motor skill left & I can’t use a screwdriver because of arthritis in my hands Do yourself a favor & don’t buy from Great Circle.

Smaller auger than advertised

Returned without even using it listed in product description as 8 inch auger width it definitely is not it’s only 2 or 3 inch I honestly don’t know how well it works I never opened the battery or anything I opened the auger and immediately packed it back up and returned it
