Good auger unless it meet a rock- then it's garbag

Good auger even in hard, dry soil. However, the welds where the blades attach to the shaft are few and far between. I used it with with my cordless drill and the weld at the base of the auger broke the fist time I hit a rock, effectively destroyed the auger.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Garden auger for fence installation

Sturdy auger for hole drilling in tough soil. The end can be couple to an 11/32 impact socket and ratchet wrench extension bar for greater depth. Made installation of deer fence support posts very simple.
