Extremely Disappointed. Never again!

Paid $100 for shipping, was already three days late. Open it up and the support poles were not in the package. The customer support would not help me. Had to make a claim online. Stated claim will be processed within a week. I took off work to get this pool up so now I guess I’m out of luck. It took a week to get the pool already, so I guess I now have to wait a week for it to process and another to get the parts so looking at another 2-3 weeks before I can get it ready to swim. Supposed to rain so now all the sand will wash away and will need to buy more of that. Extremely disappointed with zero customer support. Never again!

Great pool for the backyard with easy set up

I'm very happy with my purchase. The pool was easy to set up, I was able to get it all together by myself in a couple hours. The pump could be stronger but otherwise I'm very pleased with this pool so far. The kids love it and it's perfect for our hot Florida summers.

Disappointed

The top rails rusted after one year and completely rusted through the second year. The pool was covered and taken down after the season so they should not have rusted through so soon.
