Good safe, but doesn't match with Owner's Manual

The new quick access safe arrived relatively quickly.
However, there is an issue with programming the safe's coded access. You can only program in three digits for the coded access instead of the 3-8 that the operator's manual states. Also, the reset button is in a different location than what is indicated in the operator's manual.
I've been in contact with the manufacturer, but the issue is not resolved yet.
Yes, I recommend this product.
