This amazing 13 in. portable planer features a unique repeat cut selector. This allows you to quickly set the cutterhead to 6 pre-set heights from 1/8 in. to 1-3/4 in. As well as convenient thickness scale located on the top of the machine for checking yoThe manual was written by our U.S.-based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your machine. The Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are also U.S.-based. Parts for this machine may be available online and shipped from the parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.

    Very impressive

    Got one of these recently for our carpentry program at a local nonprofit to replace our old straight blade planer. The difference is night and day. The finish this creates is amazing. We ran some maple/walnut/cherry cutting boards through it, almost no snipe and amazing finish. The other huge plus for us is the noise reduction. Our dust collector is probably louder than this planer, even in the cut.

    Happy with the tool

    I’ve only had the chance to use this a couple of times and I happy with the finish for the most part. I have not been able to adjust out the snipe completely, but it is close. I really like the cutter head lock and the side mounted height adjustment wheel.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
