easy assemblywe purchased this a month ago and are glad we chose this coop.
the ease of assembly and easy to follow instruction we a blessing.
we doubled up the screening on our coop because of local predators, and put it over a frame with a wire mesh bottom to keep out the diggers.
going to beef up hardware, again because of predators in the area.
very pleased with this purchase

SOO Easy to assemble!I ordered this online - the delivery man was extremely helpful in getting it into the yard, as it came in three heavy boxes. The thing that I like about this coop most of all is the ease of assembly. The instructions were two simple pages of pictures, no written instructions. All the holes are pre-drilled, none of the doors and hinges rubbed; everything fit together perfectly.

Looks great but wont house 10 chicksMy 9 chicks (full size heritage breed) are only 2 months old and I'm now looking for an additional coop, they are way too crowded. Would only recommend for 4-6 birds or bantams. Coop was easy to install, and easy to access to clean. I'm only 5'2" but have to bend over and turn sideways to get into it. Looked larger in photo.

My girls love it!I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews on this coop but I am extremely happy with this purchase. It took my husband and I only a couple of hours to put together and we were impressed with the solid construction. The main reason I purchased this coop was so that my girls had a roosting bar inside so they could get out of the elements and still be able to roost. It has I tray that slides out and is easy to clean. A couple of other positives are: small door on the bottom, vents for more air flow, I don’t have to bend over to retrieve the eggs, and big doors for easy accessibility. I also purchased the high end hen feeder and waterer and placed them on the outside of the coop. Gives my eight girls more room and I love the convenience of filling the food and water from the outside.
No the coop does not come assembled. It's in 3 boxes shipped via LTL truck

Could you please add pictures of inside of coop and slide out tray.Why don't the coops designers raise the roosting bars higher up?..If you put roosting bars on same lever as where they lay eggs they will sleep in the nests most of the time which is bad

I can request more pictures be uploaded but that takes couple of months due to the process. As for the roosting bar position, we've not had any issue with it's location while in testing. Also, there's not a place where the mounting supports can be added easily.

What are the measurements of just the coop, not including nesting box, or pen? Is the product sturdy enough to withstand 40 - 50 mile winds?

The assembled coop not including the nesting box is 4'wX6'Lx6'H
The Pueblo Grande is very sturdy and well built. I would say that they would easily handle 40-50 mph winds.
