High quality senior feed!

Both my 26 yr. old Paint gelding and 15 yr old OTTB mare are on this senior feed and it's done wonders for them. My 26 yr old comes in at a forward trot keeping up with the OTTB for his meals, nickering excitedly. I get a lot of compliments on how good they both look. Their bright eyes, shiny coats and lively, friendly dispositions say it all. I'm very happy with this senior feed. The gut support, high fat and low sugar make this a very healthy choice for my horses.

My Horses Looked Horrible

I was really excited about feeding this grain to two of my senior mare. They’re both pretty easy keepers. After the first month of fully transitioning them, they started to drop weight. I increased the grain from 4 lbs a day to 6 lbs a day (which is well over the recommended amount) and they stilled awful! Ribs showing, hind quarters dropped down. I also noticed that one of my horse’s personalities was very different. She became a lot more pushy-which is not like her. I ended transitioning them to a different grain that I’m feeding and they started to look SO much better. Will never feed this again.

This is a great feed, even to pickiest horse creatures, used to buy the regular Ultium by purina but all the horses in the barn who are on Ultium told me they liked Ultium Senior better, have to keep horses happy.
