Excellent product ruined

These treats were the only ones I have purchased for years. The size was perfect to give just one and my horses have loved them. With this latest bag, however, I was very disappointed to see that not only were they much smaller but now they are crumbly as well, so it seems half of the years are very small. Why, oh why, was such an excellent product changed? I'm the photo, one of the great ones and a random handful of the new ones.
No, I do not recommend this product.
