It's a nice coop, but putting it together isn't a 3 or 4 hour job. It takes a lot longer. The biggest issue I have is the instructions. The illustrations are tiny and it takes forever to figure out which way to turn the pieces and where to insert the screws. I finally enlarged and printed out the instructions. It was a lot easier after that. There are several steps that can only be done with 2 people. Finally, the side door is smaller than the door frame. There a considerable gap around the edges that easily allow rain and snow to blow in. I had to put some edging around it to compensate for the gap. However, I like it now that it's assembled. It's very large which is exactly what I wanted. I recommend it. Just be aware that putting it together isn't a simple thing.

Have had less then a year and the floor is falling out. It's in a covered fence with a metal roof so it's not weather related. It's crap for the price 😕

I feel duped!

I honestly feel duped. For almost $1,000 (after taxes), you would think this would be pretty good quality! It absolutely was not. There are MAJOR gaps where there shouldn’t be, the nesting box also has about 1/2 inch gap that should not be there at all. I followed the instructions to the T. Lots of the issues came with the prebuilt portions. The windows are VERY flimsy and if it gets windy, they slowly slide open. The nesting box dividers do NOT lock in to anything, so the tops of them just hang off to the side. The bars for are prebuilt at an angle to where the bars can’t even be put into place. Now I know why we cannot return these items, because they are a complete waste of money. Also, this will NOT hold 12 chicks. Maybe 6. Always lock the doors with extra protection because the door latches themselves are very flimsy.
