So far so good! Assembling this chicken coop took us about 3 hours. It was not super difficult but the instructions could probably be more clear. I read a review from another customer that a predator ripped off the air vent and killed their whole flock. I took a staple gun and stapled hardware cloth over the vent. Hopefully this will solve that issue. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the coop and run. We put hardware cloth in the ground and zip tied it to the base of the run to keep predators from digging underneath. The accessibility of the coop is great. There are many doors that make it easy to reach your chickens. The latches on the doors are really flimsy so you either need to get a wire pin to keep them shut from predators or replace with a better latch. We’ve opted to get locking wire rings to keep the latches shut. I love the storage boxes under the coop. The run itself is very secure and spacious. My chickens seem to be very happy so far. They also seem to be comfortable in the coop at night with the three roosting bars. 4 stars because some of the welding spots made it difficult to assemble certain pieces.

Don't buy this, its crap. Materials are cheap and flimsy. There are huge gaps which let water flood in during rain. Bad reviews note this issue and flooding. AI gives false good reviews. I wish I never bought it. I could have built a much better coop for half the cost.
