Thank you for sharing your review. We do apologize for any confusion in what comes with the replacement flap. While the flap itself does not come with the screws, if needed the mounting bar replacement does come with the full set of flap mounting screws.

Door flap replacement

The holes where the screws go through are too big. My dog would run through and it kept falling off. I had to go buy washers just to hold it in place. The width also is a little too wide compared to the old. So when I tightened the screw the very top part buckles. So when I try and put the hard cover door on, I have to put my fingers behind it to move the buckled part in order for the door to slide through the rails.
No, I do not recommend this product.
