Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great and Quickly This product works for scours and pneumonia. I had mild and severe cases of both when I purchased sick calves. I used 1 pill 2x a day for my larger breeds for 4 days and 1/2 pill 2x a day for my smaller breeds for 4 days and it cleared it all up. I highly recommend this, but you have to judge your own dosage based on your calves size and needs.
