Shopping and returning is easy with Tractor Supply. Most online purchases can be initiated online. If it's more convenient for you, bring your return back to the store.

Whether you made your purchase in a Tractor Supply store or online, if you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from Tractor Supply, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. All returns require a proof of purchase in order to accurately refund your original purchase price.

For store purchases, the cash register receipt serves as a proof of purchase for items bought at your local Tractor Supply store.
Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date REQUIRE MANAGER APPROVAL. Approved returns without a receipt require a valid State or Federal ID. If approved, the item will be returned for the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Return card. Approved returns with a receipt after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as described in the Refunds section.

Refunds for items returned to your local Tractor Supply store are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided; in some cases a store-only Merchandise Return card or Check** will be issued. Click here for more information.

  • Take your purchase back to any Tractor Supply store for an immediate refund or exchange it for something else within 30 days of your original purchase.

Once you've clicked "ReturnsFAQ" within the order that contains the items you would like to return, select the item(s) you would like to return.

If you are shipping your item:

Tractor Supply company Delivery Options

Tractor Supply Co. offers various delivery options to deliver your purchase to your home or business. Availability and prices will vary based on location, quantity and item size.

Standard Delivery

  • Parcel items delivered to your designated delivery location (porch, mailbox, etc...)
  • Oversize items delivered curbside to your residence or business.
  • Additional fees or services may apply to your ordered item - the delivery company will contact you with any additional available service or scheduling information. 

Same Day Delivery (select areas)

  • Eligible Items ordered before 12 noon local time will be delivered the same day as order is placed.
  • Eligible Items ordered after 12 noon local time will be delivered the following day after order is placed.
  • Eligible items may be scheduled for delivery on the day that is suitable for you.
  • Same Day delivery availability can vary based on quantity, size and inventory. The most accurate information regarding availability is available after "Same Day Delivery" is selected and item is added to cart.

Premium Delivery (select areas)

  • Delivery and set up inside home or business in your choice of location. Maximum of three steps.

Delivery Services - Frequently Asked Questions

As you browse products, you will see these delivery options available if the item is eligible for premium and/or same day delivery on the product page and shopping card. Then simply click on the delivery options on the product page or shopping cart to choose the best option. Once your order is placed we will have the product delivered directly to your address.
Premium delivery is currently available for eligible safes and same day delivery is eligible for many different items depending on your shipping address. Check the product page to see what delivery options are available in your area!
The delivery company will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule delivery, deliveries will be made within 10 days of order placement.
If an item is eligible for same day delivery, order must be placed by 12 noon local time in order to have guaranteed delivery by the same day.
Premium delivery includes delivery and set up inside home or business in your choice of location with a maximum of three steps.
Premium Extra includes delivery and set up inside home or business in your choice of location with four or more steps or basement with walkout entry.
Extra services can be added by contacting the delivery company, including:
  • Bolting down safes
  • Installing elevation of safe (installing safe up off the ground for anti-moisture purposes)

No problem! Check the box “Item(s) may be delivered and left unattended if I am not home at time of delivery.” in the shopping cart and we will leave the package at your address.

Tractor Supply Co. Autoship Program

Autoship is Tractor Supply's subscription order service. You can order items and have them automatically delivered as frequently as needed! Simply look for and click on items that are labeled "Autoship Eligible", select "Subscribe" and choose the frequency, then add to cart and checkout as you would with a single order. You can adjust or cancel your Autoship order at any time. As an added incentive Autoship orders over $49 will receive free standard delivery on Autoship eligible products.

Tractor Supply reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Autoship subscription program or program incentives at any time, at its discretion, and modifications are effective upon being posted to this site. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the service description to ensure that you are aware of any changes made to it.

Buy Online Pick Up in Store allows you to buy items online and then conveniently pick them up in a Tractor Supply store. You avoid shipping and online delivery charges for items designated as “free in store Pick Up” on the website.

This program is slightly different than our “ship to store” option in which items are shipped to a specified store location for pick up and in the case of these orders shipping charges will apply for all “truck delivery” items.

These are the steps for “Buy Online Pick Up In Store”

  • While shopping online, select “Free In Store Pick Up” for eligible item/s
  • Select the store where you would like to pick up your item/s
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for Customer Pick Up” e-mail. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation and is the indication that the order is actually ready for pick up.
  • Bring your driver’s license or a government-issued ID, “ready for Pick Up email” and order number to the store. Look for the Store Pick Up location, usually at our “Customer Service” desk in the middle of the store or ask an associate for assistance.
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and you will not be charged for the item(s).
Buy Online Pick Up In Store is available in all stores. Look for the “Free in store pick up” option on the product page.
You can pick up your order yourself or you can designate another person to pick up your order by selecting an alternate person to pick up the order by clicking “Choose another person” during checkout.
The designated pick up person needs to bring a driver’s license or a government issued ID, and to help expedite the Pick Up please bring the “ready for pick up” email.

Please note some items may have age restrictions. Please ensure your designated Pick Up person is old enough to pick up these items that have age restrictions.
This will depend on the item you are ordering, but please make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit your purchase for transport. Don’t forget to bring tie-downs or bungie cords to secure your larger items!

For your safety Tractor Supply Company is happy to load your merchandise; however you are responsible for securing your loaded product. As with your smaller items, large or bulk items will still require you to go into the store.
Look for “Free In-Store Pick Up” on the product pages for items that are available to be bought online and picked up in the store.

If the item is not available to be picked up at the store, check to see if it is eligible to ship to your favorite Tractor Supply store.
Yes! You can add “Buy Online Pick Up in Store” items to your online order and have other items in the same order shipped to your home or shipped to your favorite Tractor Supply store.

You can even have multiple pick up locations within the same order!
You will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up once we verify that the item is in sellable condition. You can pick up the item as soon as you receive the email. NOTE: This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.

Once you have received the email letting you know the order is ready to be picked up, you can go to the store anytime during normal store hours. Please check the store hours on our website.

Visit our TSC credit card page and fill out an application. If approved, your account number will be provided so you can print a temporary card and begin shopping immediately. Instant approval may sometimes be delayed if further information is needed to complete your application process.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, the TSC Personal Credit Card, TSC Business Credit Card and TSC Gift Cards online.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, TSC personal credit cards, TSC business credit cards, TSC gift cards and bank checks.
To check your gift card balance, you can call our Gift Card Hot Line at 1-888-529-4804. Please have your gift card number and PIN available.
Credit and debit cards are charged for the total of your order once the item ships. The total or the order funds are reserved as a pre-authorization when the order is placed and is removed if the order is canceled. Gift cards are debited as soon as the order is submitted.
On orders paid with a credit or debit card, a payment pre-authorization is applied as soon as the order is submitted to reserve the total of your order while it is being processed. Once the order has actually shipped, the pre-authorized payment is eliminated and replaced with the actual 'charge' for the order.
If, for any reason, the order does not ship or there is a problem with the product, the payment pre-authorization will generally disappear from your account after 3-5 business days, based on your banking institution's policy.

Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We use shipping tables provided by UPS, USPS and our over-the-road common freight carrier partners to calculate the shipping costs charged to your order. Your order will be shipped from our online fulfillment warehouse located in Franklin, KY or any of our vendor partner locations. The final shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, once the shipping destination is entered.

Tax-Exempt business owners and authorized employees can apply to use their businesses tax-exempt status at TractorSupply.com. Using a quick online registration process a business owner can apply and use their tax-exempt status immediately.

  • Log into your Customer account at www.tractorsupply.com (if you do not already have an existing account, you will need to create one).
  • Once logged in, click on “My Account” located in the top right-hand corner of the page below the shopping cart icon, and then click “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.”
  • Next, click on "View" in the Payment section on the left-hand side of your account page, next to "Tax Exemptions.
  • Click on the “Add Tax Exemption” button and you will be asked to provide some basic information before being directed to a third-party site to complete your registration.
  • Once your registration is completed, your tax exemption will be available for purchases at tractorsupply.com
Once you complete your registration, you can use your tax-exempt status to make qualifying purchases immediately.
It is very simple! Put all the items you wish to purchase in your cart at TractorSupply.com.
