Looks nice, but difficult to assemble

Had difficulty installing bolts for lower swing arm. Swing arm bushing had a burr inside it, and the bushing bar was not straight, unable to get one of the bolts installed. In order to finish the assembly, I had to drill out the bushing to get the burr out, bend (twist) the swinger bar to get bushing perpendicular and use a clamp and large pin punch to get the frame and bushing lined up to put the bolt in. If I did not have additional tools, I would not have been able to complete assembly.
The appearance of the rocker is nice, looks good and swings smoothly after I put some garage door lube on the swing arm bushings. Fair value for the price, but expect assembly issues due to low cost manufacturing.

It is a nice looking piece but after a rain rust spots at welds. It swings fine but hha lighter piece of outdoor furniture
