We have an almost 10 yr old metal/wood version of this on the deck and decided to upgrade this year. It took just over 1/2 hr to assemble with about 10 minutes of assistance on the actual glider seats. Instructions were clear and parts marked very well. All open tube areas had caps to prevent any unwanted nesting and the finish seems very durable.

Horrible customer service - TSC should be ashamed

Placed this order for Father's day - 2 double gliders - on the day of delivery - the delivery company cancelled (because well perhaps they drive a kia and they can't fit it in their car). Anyway - never informed - called Bath store - told not there issue if delivery company cancels delivery (now thats great customer service- blame the delivery company). Shame on you TSC - I would think better of you. Just outright not our fault to bad for you!!! LOL - done with TSC!!
