Leaking fittings, ends come off

I use these hoses at a job site to connect 20lb propane tanks to propane fueled pilot flames. Of the 12 hoses purchased, 5 of them have either started leaking from the fittings or the ends have come off. I called up Mr. Heater company, they said perhaps I was using the wrong hose.... I guess I have to agree with them. Mr. Heater hose ends are improperly crimped and they leak or blow apart. The company service representative didn't even ask for any contact information.
No, I do not recommend this product.

There is no way to connect the hose to the existing with what was sent to me.no instructions included to let me know what additional parts would be necessary to make this possible.also,no phone numbers or web sites for contact help.I will be trying to return product for my money back after paying shipping again.
