Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly the right part No problems with it, even above 8000'!(which incidentally, is discouraged by the manufacturer) If you have the Big Buddy, this is the right hose. Others just don't seem to deliver enough gas, on the highest setting. I highly recommend this Mr. Heater hose!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from but what do i know i would agree with the first review but the hose is only 12 feet it will support 20,000 btu i could see going to 3/8 hoses if you are gonna run it 20 to 50 feet then going to 1/2 hose
Date published: 2014-11-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hose is too small I doubt this will support 20,000 BTU. The hose is only 1/4" ID. It's 3/8" male pipe at the regulator and has a 3/8" female flare on the other end. Should have at least 3/8" ID hose if not 1/2" ID then it would support more BUT's.

does this hose fit the 30000 btu mr wall heater.

Asked by: ron777
Use part number F273077, a 12' hose designed for the wall heater. As long the one end has 3/8 female pipe thread, and a regulator you are ok. thanks Rich Mr Heater

Refering to the 2 star review on this item. The reviewer refers to "BUT's". Ratings of HVAC systems are generally in BTU's which stands for "British Thermal Units". I'm curious to know what exactly BUT's are.

Asked by: Smart Alec
I believe this was a typo, the is nothing in the realm of heating referred to as "BUT'S".
