Q: What are the instructions on how to fill 1# bottle
4 years ago- A: Thank you for your inquiry. To use this adapter, first freeze the 1 lb bottle overnight. Then flip the 20 lb tank upside down. As quickly as possible, remove the bottle and attach it to this adapter on the tank. Open the tank all the way for 1 minute, then close it. That should fill the bottle with about 1 lb of fuel. You can weigh the bottle to know for sure.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: How full can I expect to get 1-pounder from a very large tank's low pressure regulated output?
4 years ago- A: Thank you for your inquiry. I wouldn't expect that to get it very full. The refill process does recommend using full bottle pressure, without a regulator to make sure you can put enough gas into the 1 lb bottle to fill it.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Life of propane in a small camping stove tank?
4 years ago- A: Thank you for your inquiry. The run time is going to depend on tank size and the BTU rating of the stove/heater. Burners on most camping stoves range from 7,000 to 20,000 BTU, so a 1 lb. cylinder should last around 1 to 4 hours. Have a great day!4 years agoHelpful?
