Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well Been running a range top for two years now right off a bottle with metalic flex hose to my main line. You do not need another regulator at the appliance with this regulator. As for the other review with a mr heater buddy heater, no you do not need this regulator for those heaters. However, if you have a big buddy heater you will notice a low pressure nipple on the left side next to the existing regulator. You can buy a regulator hose assembly as i did but i will be removing the regulator that comes with the quick connect hose and installing this regulator instead. Will also be installing an automatic excess flow trip valve too incase the regulator fails. Which happen to my onboard big buddy regulator two weeks ago. Fireball. Added safety. But i trust this design much more than the ones they put in the buddy series. But my heater was 6 years of use.

Have a 33000 BTU propane water heater & 70000 BTU Coleman mobile home furnace. Will this regulator work? I see the outlet port is 3/8 in.. My line to the house is 1 in. If I buy the necessary parts to connect the regulator to the line will it still be OK?

Asked by: Lorne
Thank you for your inquiry. This regulator output is 11" W.C. As long as the flow and pipe size allows for the correct pressure on each of your appliances, then yes, this regulator can be used. If you have any other questions, please give us a call at 1-855-663-0660. Thank you!

I’m needing to replace the 2 stage regulator for my pop up camper for a standard propane tank. Will this work?

Asked by: Billy1977
Any low pressure regulator is fine and the 2 stage even better. A 2 stage helps smooth out pressure when there is competing demands for multiple applications.
