Will this gauge fit on a Flame King 100 lb propane tank?

Asked by: Harley1988
I can not answer for Flame King, I would have to think not. I would not want to put a low pressure gauge on a tank where the unit of measure is in pounds. Rich Mr Heater

Since liquid propane would keep a constant gas pressure, what does the dial read?, pounds, pressure, or what??

Asked by: rtc910
Some of our gauges are color coded and labeled for ease. The manometer is normally used to measure the pressure of air needed to move water a distance in a U shaped tube or WC for water column. Rich Mr Heater

Will this gauge work on a 100 lb tank. I saw the previous same question but don't believe you answered either yes or no.

Asked by: BruceG
Yes, as long as the 100 pound tank is an ACME thread.

Will this gauge work on a 100lbs tank

Asked by: Dustychaps
Tank is pressure is very uniform inside the tank regardless of how much propane is in the tank. Propane tanks are filled by weight with added liquid until the capacity is reached by volume/ weight. The liquid turns to gas and higher the temp the faster the rate when the valve is open only. Hope this helps Rich Mr Heater
