Battery never worked.

We bought a vest last Christmas and never used it. When we finally pulled it out this fall, the battery wouldn’t charge at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We do recommend fully charging the battery every 2–3 months to keep the cells as fresh as possible when the vest isn’t in use. I bought three vests over...

I bought three vests over the summer and have enjoyed the use of two of them as the third one's battery only lasted for two charges. I emailed Gobi heat warranty and never heard back from them. I then decided to take the battery and mail it to their return center with my receipt and an explanation. I never heard anything but then happily one day I received a new battery in the mail. I think communication could have been better obviously, but the outcome is what I expected when I purchased these items. Thank you!
