I operate a bbq and catering business and the Chamber sealer has elevated my business for being able to offer items at a smaller level for sale. It does an amazing job on everything I have tried it one. Also has allowed me and my family to keep our food sources fresher longer

The machine is very well constructed and its controls provide ample operating options along with functional presets. However, to use the term "minimalistic" to describe the user directions/guide would be an an overstatement. It would seem the manufacturer and distributor believe the buyer to be experienced in the operation of a chamber vac as they provide absolutely no guidance. If you buy this product, plan on using your YouTube subscription to learn the ins and outs of it.

I like the ease of use this offers over the external vacs I've used in the past. It draws a powerful vacuum and I've yet to have any failures to seal even when sealing items with extra liquid in the bag. The recommended default settings have worked great and haven't needed to tinker around just to get things to seal properly. I love the extra security of the dual seal and with the included HDPE plates to raise the level in the chamber I can seal two smaller bags at once which accelerates the packaging process. This is HEAVY! Note on the product page it says the item weighs 97 lbs! I haven't felt the need to double check that weight but I wouldn't doubt that it's close. Not a pro or con, just something to be aware of. It does make me think twice before planning on lugging it to different parts of the house or to a new location because I have a hard time believing that something that heavy survives a drop very well... Like many of you I feel like my to-do list never gets shorter and I value my off-work hours like nothing else. With this purchase I feel like I'm not only doing the best by my harvest by preserving it as well as I can but I'm also buying back some mental bandwidth and time by being able to trust this will function well and efficiently. I'm paying for something priced like it's a quality item; if that proves to be true in the long run then it's definitely money well spent!
