    Disappointed with Iconic

    TSC was great to work with. UPS and Iconic were the problem. The delivery was set and then delayed 3 times. By the time the unit was delivered, the packaging was severely damaged and the unit panels were bent and welds were broken. When i contacted Iconic, they would not take care of the issueand I had to work with TSC in order to resolve the issue.

    Great pen for puppies

    We love this pen for puppies. Easy to open anywhere to clean up a mess. Lightweight but sturdy.

    Suitable for puppies and small to medium dogs

    We bought this item in November 2018 and our GSD puppy has grown up with it. The pen keeps him safe and contained when we can't supervise him in the house. However recently the welds started failing where the panels connect and where the mesh connects with frame. A year and half of an energetic, 70lb GSD finally was too much. Would still recommend it as a sturdy pen for smaller or less energetic animals.
