Healthy Seedlings!

When I opened the bag of Groundwork seed starter, I was a little skeptical it would be any good. It looks like a mixture of peat moss and composted mulch. (There are some wood fragments in it.) Nevertheless, I decided to use it for my peppers and they are doing GREAT! I have a dedicated grow light set-up monitor everything daily to make sure they have the environment they need, so I'm sure that helps, too.

Friendly staff and great pet wash

The Pet Wash Station is an excellent deal!
Due to many allergies, our dog gets a TSC bath every week. after every 3 baths he gets a free bath.
On special occasions he gets to shop the dog toy aisle and pick out his own treat. He loves that!
We frequently shop the garden or lawn areas. We have many fruit and shade trees and vegetable and herb plants in our yard. And TSC has most of the parts and sprays/fluids we need.
Mostly we shop TSC because the staff is friendly. Our highest reason for shopping a specific store is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Wasted lots of seeds on this

I filled 3 large trays with this product, and out of all three trays I had literally only 3 sprouts. And those sprouts quickly stopped growing at all. I had complete success using Jiffy seed starting mix but ran out and saw this in store so it was easy to grab. Big mistake that was a waste of seeds and time.
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. If you don”t believe me, just read the ingredients. Seed starting mix should not contain fertilizer for one. Chicken manure is way too hot for seedlings. Plus, it’s nothing but large sticks and rocks and plastic balls. There’s literally no soil at all.

We enjoy shopping at Tractor supply for all of our farm needs. It’s a one stop shop for chickens and gardening needs. Very well stocked and ready for sale at very decent prices.
