Where to use: Apply our indoor potting mix to indoor potted plants, including common houseplants, tropicals, climbing plants, foliage plants, and flowering plants. How to apply: Select a pot with a drainage hole and fill about 1/3 full with potting mix. Loosen the plant's root ball and place in the pot. Add more mix and press lightly. Water the plant; let it drain. After you plant: Mix should be allowed to dry to the touch between waterings. To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, container plants should be repotted every year or as needed.

  • Miracle-Gro Indoor Potting Mix feeds houseplants for up to 6 months and is designed to be less prone to gnats (contains no compost or bark, which are known to shelter fungus gnats)
  • This potting mix contains coconut coir, which holds and releases water and helps soil re-wet
  • Where to use: Blended for a wide variety of indoor container plants, including climbing, foliage, flowering, and tropical plants
  • How to use: To use, fill a container about 1/3 full with potting mix; add more mix after placing your plant in the pot
  • What's included: This bundles includes two 6 qt. bags of Miracle-Gro Indoor Potting Mix, each able to fill four 6-inch containers (exact amount may vary based on the root ball size)

Great potting mix for indoor plants. Light, fluffy, and easy to work with. My plants adjusted quickly after repotting and started growing better within a couple of weeks. Perfect for both beginners and plant lovers.

Fantastic mix of soil for a variety of purposes. Has a nice texture that is easy to work with and provides plenty of drainage. Was not dry and dusty in any way. Provides nice nutrition right from the start when you bring your plants home. Hollyhocks are thriving!!

No complaints, I’ve used this soil before with positive results. I had a lot of house plants either needing repotting or additional soil and happy to report that the cuttings of my snake plant I potted with this soil have started growing new leaves. Seems to drain well, no noticeable odor, the bag is a small lightweight bag that’s perfect for small house plants.
