Disappointed-drum cracked open

Used less than 100 hours and the drum has developed a split rendering the machine unusable. Sticks get caught in the crack and will bind up.

It is a sturdy enough machine it is fairly easily to assemble for somebody with some mechanical inclination I don't know about shredding 6 in branches those are actually logs at 6 in like other reviews I would say two two and a half inches is a good capability for this machine The only thing I will say make sure that you get it with the electric start option you cannot pull start this engine the 420 cc model when it is cold outside you just do not have that much strength to do it
