Competitively priced and very powerful. Easy to move around and starts easily with many safety features. The only thing I wish was different would be a pivoting exit chute.

Unable to use

Unfortunately we were unable to use the chipper because it came in damaged. The housing around the air filter and throttle was broken. Bolts that attach the exit chute were unusable due to being bent. Customer service was helpful saying they could send replacement parts. On further examination interior bolts holding throttle and fuel switches were bent so we returned to the store. Disappointing.. chipper not available in the store so i lost discounts I received on initial order so i won't reorder. Customer service and store employees very helpful.
