Delivery and CS lacking

I don’t have a trailer so I chose home delivery. The shipper changed that to local store. Phone customer service was unhelpful. Also shipped without assembly instructions. Thanks to YouTube for helping.

Only used a few times so far but used it to split the most difficult pieces with ease. Had it shipped direct and was relatively easy to uncrate and assemble. Takes less than 5 gallon pail of hydraulic fluid and 1 pint of 10w-30 .

Hydraulic fluid leak

It takes a week to get the splitter. I got it home and started splitting and noticed hydraulic fluid dripping out. We have had to wait over another week to get it fixed. I've lost 2 weeks splitting time and now it's getting pretty warm for splitting. Hopefully eventually it will work properly.

Freakin' thing broke after three hours! Serious hydraulic pump problem, I believe.Save your money.
