As the pump of choice for stationary locations in fleet, agriculture or industrial applications, the GPI 12 GPM M-1115S-MU Fuel Transfer Pump is ideal for dispensing gasoline, diesel fuel, and kerosene. Delivering flow rates up to 12 GPM (45 LPM), the fuel transfer pump features a self-priming rotary gear design, a 115VAC motor, and a lightweight cast aluminum body that resists corrosion. The pump comes with a manual unleaded nozzle, a telescoping suction pipe to fit tank depths between 15 in. and 40 in., convenient spin collar for easy installation, and lockable nozzle holder to deter theft. Complete with a 2 year warranty.

Q: I have it wired without the switch. when i use the fill nozzle and let go of the lever to switch to the next barrel to fill nothing else comes out despite the pump still running. is there a safty that trips when it senses back pressure or something?

Q: the on off switch broke off after just bumping it when wiring it up. what is the specs required for this switch and part number. Im probably going to buy a aftermarket switch as these seem cheaply made and the wires are cut really short.

Q: can this pump be used to pump def fluid?

- A: Hello, aluminum pumps are not recommended for DEF, as the DEF will corrode the pump housing. Our 118003-1/PA-120-2UR Plastic Utility Pumps are compatible with DEF. These pumps will have NPT bung adapter fittings. Most DEF tanks will have 2” buttress bung openings. There are after-market tank adapters available (BANJO item#MBP200 2”Buttress x 2” NPT Adapter). With this set up, you would also need to purchase a hose, suction pipe and DEF nozzle.5 years agoHelpful?

- A: That was my understanding when i bought it. The pump motor is sealed so fumes can't get to where the brushes are sparking.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Do you offer this particular particular fuel pump without the hose, nozzle components as I have all of these off our present pump that has quit working? Can this pump be fitted with a filter on the outlet side of the discharge?
