The Fellowes Powershred 60Cs Cross-Cut Shredder is a reliable deskside shredder for personal use. The durable cross-cut shredder features SafeSense technology that stops shredding when hands touch the paper opening. This cross-cut shredder shreds 10 sheets per pass into 5/32 in. x 1-9/16 in. cross-cut particles (security level P-4) and also safely shreds staples, paper clips and plastic credit cards.

Bought the shredder in April 2021 and it's currently June 12, 2021, and it has stopped working. The "safe sense" light is on and I have watched all the youtube videos to clear it and because it's so "safe" it no longer shreds. I would return it if I had the box but threw it away because it worked like it was described the first couple of days. I followed the directions and even put less paper into shred but once the light came on, I have not been able to use it nor return it.
