A: You can give DuMOR Premium Alfalfa Timothy Cubes as a treat without soaking, as many horses will readily consume them dry and the cubes break down naturally during chewing. However, you should soak the cubes for horses with dental issues, old age, or a tendency to eat too quickly to prevent choking and make them easier to digest. Soaking also provides a hydration benefit and can be helpful for introducing new feed or supplements.
