She loves it and gobbles it down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our horses were dropping weight so we changed them to Safechoice senior. It may be a little too soon to tell but they have not dropped anymore weight. We hope to see some gains back soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been feeding Nutrena Senior for around 1 year now. My senior gelding had an unfortunate boarding situation while I was away for an extended period, and almost starved completely. I tried all diets and supplements to get my guy back to even a sustainable body score. NOTHING worked until I put him on this feed. Now, people cannot believe he is in his mid 20s when they meet him! His nutritional needs are being met so well with this food (I also soak a scoop of rice bran with his feed and thats it). The feed itself is so soft, it turns into a mash within a few minutes when soaked, so Leroy drinks it down easily. If your horse has teeth problems (or lack thereof) this feed is a savior! With other feeds, his gut would make some insane digestion noises, but this feed seems easy on his stomach. It has topline formula that really seems to do the trick
