Dumor 2-string wheat straw compressed bale

There are a number of feral cats that we had neutered and now live in houses we built for them outside and also some stay in our garage. The bedding keeps them dry and warm during the cold weather. The bale is easy to handle and separates easily.

NOT for the garden

Was told this is definitely straw and not hay. This was important because I would be using it to mulch my vegetable garden beds. 4 days later and I am now overwhelmed with all of the random sprouts this has created in my beds. If I wanted random plants, I would’ve bought hay. DO NOT buy for your garden

Use this in the winter as coop bedding/litter for extra warmth. Not only provides warmth, but also enrichment for the chickens as they scratch through looking for the inevitable few grains of wheat included with the straw!

Do not use this straw in a garden. It is full of grass seed, so you will end up with a garden full of a particular variety of grass.

Amazing it is just the right amount to spread around my chicken run. Comes in handy after rain to keep the mud down. My girls love to help spread it out for me. Good quality and it is always clean straw! Also it is packed in plastic so I can keep several bales!
