The flakes were not fine at all. Had large flakes and absorption was terrible. Had to add 1-2 bags every day. They used to be more like sawdust. Will not buy again

The delivery guy called and said he had fine shavings when I ordered extra fine. I told him I didn't want them. My profile shows the order was delivered?! Apparently I have to call because TSC won't bother to credit me on their own. Or maybe the delivery guy stole them, but their service shows Delivery Attempted.
