The store employee recommended the green bag. I bought 200 lbs for 2 acres. After I got home I read the reviews and was a little worried, but after 15 days it's so long I can tell which way the wind is blowing. Pictures attached. One at day 5 and the other at day 10. Plant when it's 40's-50's at night and 60's-70's during the day, keep it moist and you'll have no problems. Covering the area with germination blankets or peat moss keeps the area moist longer. These are great options for areas you can't frequently water.

I have been buying grass seed for 30 years and this is the worst I have ever seen. Bought 50 lbs. and threw 40 lbs. in the trash. Pale yellowish green color, thin and spotty coverage. Don't waste your money on this product!
