Didn't work at all

We kneaded the clay for 2-3 minutes as directed and it was still too goopy and stuck in the dog's paw. We tried kneading it longer to see if that helped. Still stuck in the paw. Waited again. Still stuck in the paw. This stuff never worked and was too sticky to work properly. I'd like my money back.

I bought 3 of them and followed the directions exactly as they are written. The mold kept sticking to the foil and it took it 20 to 30 min just to get it to stop sticking so I could put my dogs foot print in it. The mold kept getting stuck to my dogs foot. I had to throw all 3 of them away. It was a waste of my money! I will never buy this from the company again!! I am gonna have to guy buy some more from a different store and brand.
