Outstanding boots!

The Pellston winter boot is absolutely magnificent! By far the best winter boots I've ever worn! I previously owned a pair of both Columbia and SOREL winter boots and the Carhartt Pellston beats them by a landslide. They are of excellent quality, rugged, very supportive (the arch support is outstanding and supports my ankles beautifully), great shock absorption and extremely comfortable (like a great sneaker), stylish, warm and have excellent traction. Additionally, no 'break-in period' was necessary as they were so comfortable the first day of wearing them; I didn't want to take them off. The heel kicker ledge is genius in its design (allows you to easily remove the boots). I purchased Size 8.5 (usually am in between a size 8 and 8.5 in sneakers) and they fit perfectly (with mid-weight socks). Carhartt please don't change a thing on these; they are perfect as is. :)
