Mini cabbages are a favorite cool season crop. The green sprouts grow along thick stems of 2 ft. tall plants. Brussels sprouts are high in protein and vitamin C. Excellent steamed or roasted and freezes well for storage. Tastes better after frost. Maturity: 100-days after planting.
