My number one lasagna.

I have been getting these f many years. I make veggie lasagna with a layer of egg plant, zucchini and yellow squash.i love it.

It may be difficult to ship small eggplants.

They are delicate plants and came a bit beat up. Planted immediately, but they were very wilted for a couple of days and had to be held straight with stakes. One is doing well, the second still has not put out new leaves as yet.
