Frost resilient, purple

Got four about a month or two ago and planted ahead of time. I live in a zone where we get cold temps. So far the plant seems healthy however I noticed mine started to turn purple.

First time growing cauliflower...

These looked kind of sad in their six pack at Lowe's, but perked right up after planting. Have not harvested them yet, but am very surprised and pleased by how easy they are to grow!
