Keypad quit working after 2 days. Looks nice and decent for the price but didn’t last

Stay away — very poor product quality. The keypad stopped working after just one month. Winchester customer service was extremely frustrating: they close early, are unavailable on Fridays, and won’t assist unless you’re physically at the safe. Their troubleshooting process is. First, they had me disconnect the battery and press “0” for several minutes, then try again. Next, they insisted I purchase an Energizer Max battery with a 2030 expiration date and call back. When that didn’t work, they finally initiated sending a replacement keypad. Overall, it was a hassle from start to finish. I regret not investing more in a higher-quality safe. The mechanism feels low quality and, in my opinion, could be easily compromised by someone experienced. I will not be purchasing any more products from this brand.

Just like all safe's, the long gun count is a joke, but that's not why I'm giving this a one star (it would be zero if I could). There are three pistol shaped pockets on the door and if you have anything bigger than a .25ACP Colt Pocket Pistol in any of them, the door flat out will not close if the vertical divider and/or rifle shelf are installed. I mean did no one measure anything? This safe does nothing well. I would not buy one again.
