The Tracker Safe 10 AR Style Gun 4.8 cu. ft. Electronic Lock Gun Safe is a nice home safe for gun storage and other important valuables. This heavy-duty gun safe has a 10 AR-style long gun capacity or 10 to 20 handgun capacity (capacity depends on type and size of guns; long gun capacity is for shorter or collapsible AR-style rifles). This high-quality home safe with a gun rack features an adjustable shelving height with 3 shelves for optimal organization The gun safe is fire rated for 60 minutes at 1,200°F to protect your firearms from disaster. The gun safe also has drill-resistant hard plate to protect the lock against drill attacks. The safe offers an external volume of 9.26 cu. ft. and an internal volume of 4.8 cu. ft.

- A: No, it does not have an internal power strip inside the safe so no power required. The keypad is powered by an external 9V battery. Q: How do you open if there is an issue with the key pad and there is no separate key?

- A: It does not have a a back-up key access. We only install high quality UL Listed Electronic Locks on our safes. Unfortunately UL states that a key bypass can be manipulated so that is why they do not come with key bypass - for security reasons. Electronic keypads are very easy to service and maintenance without breaking into your safe. In the case of a keypad failure, you'd simply unplug the faulty keypad and plug in a new keypad. On the new keypad, you would use the same combination that is programmed on the safe as the keypad does not store any combinations. New keypads are currently around $75 or so. You can purchase a new keypad anytime and always have it on hand for whenever you may need it in the future. Keypad failures are rare these days as technology only gets better every year. Worked but Mike had not opened box to make sure lock worked as would not be able to pick it back up to Return. But the man who got it and helped me did a terrific job and I was quite satisfied with the help I ended up getting. This other man opened the box took it where could check it for sure then we got it loaded up into my truck. So give that man a raise! lol.
