American made, well built safe but banged up..

This safe was purchased to prevent the easy smash and grab. I know that you have to spend a lot more to get something really tough to get open. But we have layers of security in our home so I am not at all worried. The safe arrived on time but had been on a rough ride. It was in perfect working order but had some creases and dents consistent with an inattentive forklift operator. Tractor supply made it right and I couldn't be more please with the TSC store manager Chloe or Paul from TSC Corporate support. It was a top-notch customer experience. For my part, I was not a jerk about any of it and I think that goes a long way to getting a nice outcome from this situations. If you get this, you will be happy with it. If its banged up, expect it and work with TSC - they will make it right.

Do not waste your money, buy a better safe.

We bought this safe, knowing it was a Liberty we had confidence in it protecting our goods. We are in the middle of selling our house. After an open house our house was broken into, and our safe door was pried open. All of our belongings, pistols, rifles, cash, documents, optics, etc were stolen. The locking bolts on the sides are very thin, it did not take the thieves long to break into it. Do yourself a favor and get a better safe, with thicker locking bolts that go in the top and bottom.

The quality and build of this gunsafe is easilly what I was expecting. Not to mention that it is one of the few available with a dial combination lock still instead of electronic. However it is very deceiving/poorly laid out ans there is no possible way you can put most scoped or iron sight long guns in it. The best that it worked is 8 long guns stacked as a puzzle. I will have to gut the racks to use this and will not recommend this safe.

Low Level Liberty Safe

Received this safe much earlier in month than was indicated. Delivery was to be between 9a-1p but when I called they were running behind and I could not stay. Item delivered and I was unable to inspect it. Mild damage to bottom edge, that I can live with. Dial was of poor quality so contacted liberty and they sent a locksmith after telling me that it was normal. Locksmith was very good, reassured me and tweaked it satisfactorily. Have yet to hear back from TSC customer service 5 days now. Would not recommend going this route to buy a decent safe. Spend a little more and go through a dealer. This level of safe is low quality.

The Absolute Best Gun Safe!

Quality of this safe is evident immediately open receiving it! Fit and finish is perfect! Every surface of this safe demonstrates American craftsmanship. No loose areas, no seams inadequately welded (as seen in many other gun safes I shopped out). Door is solid, square, and plumb. Definitely recommend this safe to any/everyone! This is the best safe available at this price point (and better than many higher-priced safes). Delivery company TSC hired was awesome as well! Very happy!
